Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel your prepaid plan within 7 days and haven’t used the service. Refunds may also be considered if there is a major outage lasting over seven days without resolution.

Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not offer refunds for partial usage of a monthly plan, one-time installation charges, or disruptions caused by issues at the customer’s end.

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at billing@starmatrixnetworks.com with your account ID and a short explanation. We review all requests within five to seven working days.

Refund Method
